12/17/2008: The right form for the job: A comparison of 3rd-party DotNetNuke form modules
By Antonio Chagoury @ 6:19 AM :: 1937 Views :: 2 Comments :: Article Rating :: Events

There are a number of form modules on the market that work with DotNetNuke, each with their own strengths and weaknesses depending on what you need to get done with them: general information gathering, work flow management, payments processing, and even integration with other systems.

Some are oriented more toward being configured by someone with a technical aptitude, while others can be set up and managed by non-technical users.  We'll evaluate at least four different form modules (XMod, Dynamic Forms, Enterprise Forms, and Form Master) and discuss what kind of uses each one might be best suited for as well as some tips and tricks for getting the most out of them.

About the Speaker:
Chris Busse is a Managing Partner at MemberPath, LLC in Richmond, VA where he spends his time developing highly customized DotNetNuke sites for membership associations and other nonprofit organizations, as well as consulting with them on a number of other programs such as Raiser's Edge, iMIS, and Avectra.

Always transfer the CGI Script using ASCII mode, check the settings of your FTP software to ensure this is how you are uploading the file.Now transfer the script using ASCII mode in the same way you did your other files for your website.
